How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened items. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Curiada only ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities in the near future.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
